Contracts : All contracts are issued with the agreed information and are not transferable or negotiable without prior arrangement, and subject to the articles in the contract.
Product sales:
Audio CD's, DVD's, CDrom's sold at venues or from this web site are covered by our quality guarantee. If the item does not work in your machine Simply email us with a description of the issue and we will either replace it with the same item or refund monies paid.
Product delivery
Show sales :
Ordered products are delivered to the venue before the arranged time for collection. Products not collected by the customer, are the customers responsibililty.
Internet sales:
Items ordered for delivery by post are sent by standard post in a padded envelope to the address given, and delivery is within 14 days.
Our Ordering Policy
Once you commit your details and your purchases, the order is immediately saved on Paypals server ready for processing. Both Domestic and International orders will have credit card details debited within 24 - 48 hrs. If there are problems processing your credit card we will contact you via the phone details you supply or via e-mail. Once the payment has been authorised normal shipment times apply. Our Returns Policy
Within 14 days of the receipt of your order, you may return any goods that are faulty but you must contact customer service first for authorisation. Any returns that are sent back to us without authorisation will be sent back to the customer at an additional freight charge. Once the CD / DVD has been authorised for return, the film will be previewed to confirm the fault claim and a replacement copy will be sent.
Our Cancellation Policy
Once puchase are made they will be shipped with in the next 2 working days.
We do not accept cancellation of orders once made.
'On Approval' Terms
For institutional buyers, when purchasing DVDs marked 'On Approval', a decision must be reached within 14 days of the receipt of your order.
Customs
For customers outside of Spain / EU, you are responsible for any import duties that may be payable. If in doubt, please contact your local Customs office.
